When do you need an external lift?
Common cases where the staircase is not an option.
Furniture does not fit through the staircase and disassembly would cost as much as the lift. The window solves it in hours.
Community lifts under 1 m won't take sofas, mattresses or large appliances. And they don't block neighbours.
From the 5th floor upwards, staircase cost and risk skyrocket. The lift reaches 12 floors (40 m).
Heavy pieces (>150 kg) that can't safely go up the staircase. The platform carries up to 400 kg per trip.
Fast loading via window or balcony. The home is emptied in 3-4 hours, no traffic jam at the entrance.
Delivery of new sofa, king-size mattress or American-size appliance that doesn't fit through the front door.
